Who are we?

We are Chris, Michelle, and Brandon Mazol.  Mazol's Carpet Care is a family owned and operated local business.  We both grew up in this area.  Chris attended Lake Brantley High School and Michelle went to Apopka and the University of Central Florida.  Our son Brandon attended Apopka High School and works with us as well.  We have over 30 years experience in the carpet cleaning industry and we are licensed and insured. We strive to always exceed your expectations since your continued patronage, suggestions, and referrals are a vital part of our growth. 

Are you licensed and insured?

Absolutely! We are licensed and carry insurance for the work that we do in your home. We also guarantee customer satisfaction. Was something not cleaned the way that you expected? Let us know, and we will do our best to put things right.  

Do you charge by the room or square foot?

Carpet cleaning is priced per area, an area larger than approximately 250 sq. feet may be considered two areas.  Tile and grout cleaning is priced per sq. foot. 

What is included in the price you quoted me?

We pride ourselves on no hidden charges.  While sight unseen quotes may vary slightly based on information given, they are typically pretty accurate.  Our prices include prespray, deodorizer, and deep steam cleaning for open areas.  We do NOT charge extra for heavily soiled areas that others may categorize as needing "corrective cleaning". 

What about pets?

These are our fur babies, Jetty and Luna. Pets are a part of the family, and so we clean up after them as well! During service we recommend that you do keep your pet somewhere they will be comfortable — not all of our furry friends like the sound of vacuums or unfamiliar people in their space. Let us know how you'd like to handle your pet ahead of time to keep them safe and happy.

What should I do to prepare prior to my cleaning?

Please pick up as much as possible and vacuum prior to your appointment.  We will be parking in your driveway so it's helpful to have cars moved prior to our arrival.  If you live in a gated community, please either provide us a gate code or alert the guard gate to ensure we can gain entry to your neighborhood.
